Wax Flower Bouquets for Weddings and Events: Everlasting Flowers Made in Sydney

Fresh flowers are one of the loveliest parts of a wedding, and one of the most stressful. They have to arrive on the morning, look perfect all day, and a week later they're gone.

Our wax flower bouquets work differently. They're handmade from wax in Sydney, so they can be made well before the day, they don't need water, and they never wilt. When the event is over, you keep them.

First, what we mean by "wax flowers"

In Australia, waxflower is also the name of a native plant with small star-shaped blooms that florists often use in wedding work. That's not what we make. Our roses, tulips, peonies and other blooms are handmade from wax, coloured to your palette and arranged by hand, so they stay exactly as they arrived.

Why they work so well for events

  • Made ahead. Because they never wilt, your flowers can be finished and ready well before the day. One less thing to chase on the morning.
  • Matched to your theme. We make every piece in the colours you choose, so bouquets, centrepieces and gifts all tie together.
  • No water, no wilting. They look the same at the end of the night as they did at the start.
  • A keepsake. Instead of throwing flowers out after the weekend, you and your guests get to keep them.
  • Scented if you like. You can choose any of our candle scents, or a rose or tulip scent.

Where to use them

  • Hand-wrapped bouquets for the bride and bridal party
  • Table centrepieces in hat boxes, ceramic pots or woven baskets
  • Welcome tables and gift tables
  • Guest gifts and favours
  • Thank-you gifts for parents and the people who helped make the day happen
  • Engagement parties, birthdays, baby showers and corporate events

Sizes and styles

Every bouquet comes in four sizes. As a rough guide:

  • Mini: around 12 flowers
  • Petite: around 18 flowers
  • Classic: around 23 flowers
  • Signature: around 30 flowers

Choose a hat box, a hand-wrapped bouquet, a ceramic pot or a woven basket. You can add a topper with any wording, a teddy bear or a gift tag. Every order is quoted to your design, whether it's one piece or a full event.

How to order for your wedding or event

  1. Tell us about your idea on our Custom & Event Bouquets page: your date, colours, style and how many pieces you need.
  2. We'll come back to you within 12 to 24 hours with a quote, whether it's for one piece or one hundred.
  3. We make everything by hand in Sydney and ship Australia-wide. Shipping for custom bouquets is included in your quote.

For bigger orders, get in touch as early as you can so we can plan your pieces around your date.

Looking after them

Wax can soften in heat, so keep your flowers out of direct sunlight and away from heaters and hot cars. A soft, dry brush is all you need to dust them. Looked after like this, they'll stay as beautiful as the day you got them.
