  • Free shipping on orders of $90 or more

  • Orders dispatch from Sydney within 1–2 business days.

  • Typical delivery times: NSW/VIC metro 2–4 business days, other areas 3–6 business days (rural may take longer).

  • Tracking provided via email.

Custom & event bouquets Shipping for custom orders is included in your quote.

International We currently ship within Australia only.

Returns If something's not quite right, you can return unused items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (postage not refundable unless the item is faulty). The customer covers return shipping. Start a return by emailing hello@missysol.com.au with your order number.

Damaged items If your order arrives damaged, email us within 7 days with photos and we'll sort it out quickly.

Order changes/cancellations Changed your mind? If your order hasn't shipped, we'll cancel or update it — email us as soon as possible.
